I get the question at every show... "when will you put out a new cd? I've worn out the old ones!"...

Unfortunately, that whole "starving artist" saying is based from the truth and if I were independently wealthy, well... there'd be at least ten or fifteen Jessi Lynn records out there by now, I'd have a personal trainer, personal shopper, personal chef and a really hot car with a really hot personal driver! As an independent artist, all of my Cd's are independently funded... which means...they're independently funded. lol. I love being an indie artist, because I am able to record my songs as I see fit and I am able to keep the music my own. No one can stand over my shoulder and tell me how to play my songs or what instruments to put on a track, etc. I like it that way, it's genuine and pure.
